Testing takes from 30 minutes to 2.5 hours, depending on the selected package. Before testing, we send you preparation instructions. After the test, you receive a detailed analysis of results.
For cycling tests, you need your own bike. For running tests, you only need running shoes and appropriate clothing.
We recommend testing every 2-3 months or at important milestones in the training process. This way we can track progress and adjust training.
Yes, all our coaching packages are available online. We communicate via Training Peaks, email and phone. Personal visits to the centre are not required.
